By accessing and using this School Management System, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the system. These rules apply to everyone who logs in, including school administrators, teachers, accountants, students, and parents.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of this platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information.
  • Keep your login details and passwords private and secure.
  • Use the system only for educational and school-related purposes.
  • Never attempt to bypass security, view data belonging to other users without permission, or disrupt how the system works.

3. Data Ownership & Administration

The school administration owns all the academic, financial, and operational data entered into the system. The school administrators have the right to change, pause, or remove user access at any time based on the school's own internal rules and policies.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we work hard to make sure the system is always running and accurate, it is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any issues caused by internet outages, typing mistakes made by school staff, or unauthorized access that happens because a user shared or lost their password.
